Dizziness Headache- nausea, dizziness/light headed, all day fatigue

Everything until today. i had a really bad headache and some dizziness headache nausea and blurredVision problems and i still felt dizzy and light headed everytime i get up

i have some of the same issues with nausea, dizziness/light-headed, fatigue, and real loss of appetite. I dont know what this is about but i wish someone can help
